Located on the Western edge of the Adirondack State Park, Adirondack
Cheese Company has built a reputation for their fine New York State White
Cheddar cheeses. The Cheddars are made from Upstate New York Dairy
milk and are not processed like some national brands. Cheddars range in
taste according to the age of the cheese which start as a sharp,
progressing to an extra sharp and further on to many years old. The older
the cheese, the sharper it will be, creating a stronger taste and crumbly
texture. Packaging for the cheese is either by vacuum sealed bags or Black
Wax which is used on our delicious 2 and 3 pound wheels.
Our award winning New York State Cheddar wheels are always a winner.
Aged more than 1-year, our waxed cheddar wheels are tangy and are
wrapped in a flavor-sealing coat of old-fashioned black wax. Made with all
natural ingredients, Adirondack NYS Cheddar Wheels provide the "Good
Old-Fashioned" quality taste you would expect.
